Brazil Fast Food has delivered consistent profitable growth over the 2004-2007 period, growing revenue at 15.8% to R$114.4 million. The Company has achieved this by investing in Bob’s brand and by building a strong franchisee network to support the expansion of its franchised store count from 322 in 2004 to 575 as of the end of the third quarter 2008. Going forward Brazil Fast Food will target top and bottom line growth of 15% over the next five years by focusing on improving the profitability of its own-stores and by pursuing a multi-brand approach as it continues to expand its store count.

In the past several quarters Brazil Fast Food entered into agreements with Yum! Brands to operate and expand the KFC and Pizza Hut brands in Brazil. Brazil Fast Food plans to combine the relationship with Yum! Brands with its knowledge of the Brazilian market to build the leading multi-brand fast food restaurant chain in Brazil.
